Summer Wedding Wear

Engagements are happening and wedding invites are slowly starting to fill my mailbox. Anyone else's 2018 filled with weddings? Hunting for the right dress can be impossible, so today i'm blogging about some cute & affordable options for summer!

I recently wore this dress to my friend's bridal shower but I think it's perfect to dress up and wear to a wedding as well! The fit of this dress is comfortable and extremely flattering. I bought this in a XS which converts to a 0-2, the sizing is a little different with this brand (Lovers + Friends) so I would go by your measurements if you can!

I paired this dress with my favorite nude heels, a clutch and the most convenient bracelet/ponytail holder. The bracelet hides those hideous hair ties we leave on our wrist constantly and adds a touch of shine to your outfit! When you're ready to throw your hair up after a long night of dancing just slide the hair tie off your wrist and your bangle turns into a cute cuff!

This is easily one of my favorite/most comfortable dresses, I can't stop wearing it! The breezy silhouette is perfect for summer weather and the feminine bell sleeves keep me warm while working my 9 to 5 (my office is freezing!). This piece can be styled with sandals for a more casual look or with a pair of wedges to dress it up for date night. The best part about this dress? You can match it with a pair of over-the-knee boots to transition your wardrobe into fall!

Floral Romper

You won't find a more flattering yet comfortable romper. I bought this back in the spring and I'm so happy it's now warm enough to wear! I love the vibrant colors, lace details, and adjustable straps this piece has to offer. The silhouette features a short top and longer shorts to give the illusion of a longer torso. I have to admit, I was hesitant about it at first but when I wore this outfit over the weekend I got a ton of compliments from friends about how long my torso/legs looked!

Since this romper is no longer available I wanted to highlight a few pieces from Kendall & Kylie's Pac Sun collection that I love. I've purchased a few things from their line recently and now it's one of my go to's for weekend wear. See below for my current favorites!

Hey guys!

I've been on the hunt for simple summer dresses that I can wear as a casual day outfit or dressed up for happy hour and this lightweight, halterneck dress is perfect! I love the open back, soft cotton-mix fabric and relaxed fit. The best part about this dress is that it's under $40!
